Height: 150 Pixels
Mode: RGB Colour
Contents: Check White

Step 2: Click on you’re keyboard Ctrl + A to select all.

Step 3: Set you’re foreground colour to Black (#000000). Then up the top click Edit > Strike…

Location: Inside

Step 4: Set you’re foreground colour to White (#FFFFFF). Then repeat the strike steps in step 3. But this time change the width to 6px.

Step 5: Set you’re foreground colour now to Light Blue (#3F89C3). Then repeat the strike steps in step 3 once again. But now change the width to 5px.

Step 6: Set you’re foreground colour again White (#FFFFFF). Then repeat the strike steps in step 3. But this time change the width to 2px.

Step 7: Set you’re foreground colour again Black (#000000). Then repeat the strike steps in step 3. But this time change the width to 1px.

Step 8: Select the Magic Wand Tool (W). Then click on the Light Blue area and Create an all new layer by clicking create a new layer icon.

Step 9: Set you’re foreground once again to Black (#000000). The again click Edit > Strike…

Opacity: 25%
