1. Take a new file of 300 pixels 300 pixels of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
2. Create a circle using Elliptical shape tool
3. Now go to the Blending Option use the following the settings.
4. Your image look like this.
5. Ctrl+click the layer thumbnail to get the selection.
6. From Select menu click Modify>Contract.
7. Your image should be look like this.
8. Create a new layer. Fill the selection with white to black gradient in linear mode.
9. Select the marquee tool and move the selection upwards.
10. Press Ctrl+Shift+I and press delete.
11. Change the layer mode to screen as shown fig. below.
12. Your image look like this.
13. Create an ellipse using elliptical shape tool.
14. And fill the color as shown in fig. below.
15. Move the layer below and set the opacity as shown in the fig. below.
16. Your image should be look like this.
17. Here is your final logo.
