Step 1
Open new document.
Step 2
Create new layer, call it "body of pen 1?. Use Rounded Rectangle tool
(set radius: 20px) to make the shape as show below.
Step 3
Press Ctrl + T to transform it. Then fill it with any color.
Step 4
Delete the excess area and add the layer styles to it.
Step 5
Create new layer upon "body of pen 1? and follow the images as show
below to make the light of body.
Step 6
Make the selection as image below. Press Ctrl + J to duplicate this
selection to new layer, rename new layer "yellow body" and add the layer
styles to it.
Step 7
Create new layer under "body of pen 1?, call it "body of pen 2? and draw
as show below.
Step 8
Add the layer styles to it.
Step 9
Create new layer upon "body pen 2?, call it "white pen" and draw as show
below.
Step 10
Duplicate it 2 times. So we have 3 "white pen". Move it as show below.
Step 11
Create new layer under "body of pen 2?, call it "head pen" and use Pen
tool to draw as show below.
Step 12
Add layer style to it.
Step 13
Create new layer upon "head pen", call it "hole" and draw the small
black dot as show below.
Step 14
Create new layer under "hole", call it "line" and draw it as show below.
