Step 1

For start in new document open new layer and draw rounded shape.

Duplicate layer.

Step 3

Resize layer to smaler scale and color him.

Now duplicate second layer. We get third layer.

Resize again to smaler scale and color in black.

Open new layer and draw holder. U can use Rounded Rectangle Tool.

Open again new layer and draw stand.

Step 9

Now draw stand for antenna. For this use Elliptical Marquee Tool.

Now select firs layer. Give selection to him. Go back to stand layer, select inverse and press delete.

Draw anntena.

For every part you draw open new layer.

When you finish with draving select first layer and give Gradient Overlay like in picture.

Then select third layer and give Gradient Overlay.

Step 15

Give Gradient Overlay to stand.

and Bevel and Emboss.

Then select holder layer and give Gradient Overlay

Open new layer and drow shape like in picture. We will call this Shadow layer. Border inside of first layer is important to be like on picture.

Color in black.

Step 19

Select again first layer, give selection, go back to shadow layer, select inverse selection and press delete.

Put opacity of shadow layer to 15%.

Step 21

Open new layer and use Eleptical Marquee Tool to draw new shadow. Color in white.

Step 22

In Filters>Blur use Gaussian Blur with radius 4.6 pixels.

Step 23

Open again new layer and draw one more shape.

Step 24

Use again Gaussian Blur. Radius 2.7 pixels.

Step 25

Give him Outer Glow effect in Blending Options.

Step 26

Open new layer and draw rounded shape. Color in red. We will call him Red Shadow.

Step 27

Repeat with Gaussian Blur. Radius 11.1 pixels.

Step 28

Select second and third layer, give selection, go back to Red Shadow layer and press delete.

Step 29

Now you can start to giving some others effects. In this case we give some shining effect to holder.

Duplicate holder layer, move him on right like in picture and give opacity to 50%

Step 31

With Eraser Tool you can give some fade out effect.

Step 32

Draw new rounded layer in behind of all layers.

Step 33

Give him Gaussian Blur with radius 27 pixels.

Step 34

In the end you can use Lighting Effect to made background.
