We'll begin this tutorial, by creating a new canvas at a size of 350 x 166 then select the "Ellipse Tool" select the "Paths"
option, in the options palette, and draw a circle.
Then select the "Text Tool" and use the below settings with #eaeaea as the color.
Next, click on the path and type the letter "l" in lower case for the outer marks/lines of the seal. You may need to adjust the "Baseline Shift" in the type palette.
Next, draw another path and type "Adobe Photoshop Tutorials" or your wanted text as I have done below. You may need to go to "Edit" and then "Transform" to get the text to the right angle.
Then, draw yet another path and type in a series of "."'s as I have done below. You may wish to make the periods a bit larger in size.
Next, draw another path and type toward the bottom "Over 150 Original" or your wanted text as I have done below. You again, may need to go to "Edit" and then "Transform" to get the text to the right angle.
Now select the "Type Tool." Select Verdana as the typeface at a size of 14 with the color set to #eaeaea. Type your wanted text, then merge all the text layers together.
Next,select the "Ellipse Tool" and change the option back to "Shape Layer" in the options palette, and draw a circle with #fcfcfc as the color and change the Fill to 33%. Put this layer beneath the merged text layers in the Layers Palette. Name this layer "Seal Base".
Now right click the "Seal Base" layer in the layers palette and select, "Blending Options...". Then click on "Drop Shadow".
Do not click "OK" as of yet. Still more to do.
Then click on "Inner Shadow".
You may now click OK.
You should now have the below image.
Now right click the Background layer (unlock by double clicking the Background layer in the Layers Palette) in the layers palette and select, "Blending Options...".
You may now click OK.
You should now have the below image.
