5. Rotate your document: Image-->Rotate Canvas--> 90CW.
6. Apply the "Wind" filter: Filter-->Stylize-->Wind. Method: wind; From the left. Ok. Repeat this step: Ctrl+F.
Rotate your document again: Image-->Rotate Canvas--> 90 CCW
7. Apply the Ripple filter once again. Filter -->Distort--->Ripple, but now, set the amount to " - 115%"
