Stewie Griffin in Photoshop

I made a tutorial that you can draw Stewie Griffin (Family Guy cartoons) very easy with pen tool. I am sorry if i will have grammatical errors (i am from Romania). Thanks in advance

Create a new document. File - New. Resolution 1024 x 768 pixels.

Create a new layer (Layer - New layer / Ctrl + Alt + Shift + N)

Choose Elliptical Marquee tool, set option Fixed Size. Make a selection of 700 x 500 pixels.

Paint the selection with this color: #fee2ca.

Add this settings to layer in Blending mode :

Stroke

Eyes

Create a new layer.

Choose Elliptical Marquee tool, and then set the option Fixed Size. Make a selection of 160 x 160 pixels.

Then add the same settings in blending mode (only stroke)

Choose Pen tool and draw 2 lines, then right click - make selection, then go to edit - stroke and add 5 pixels.

Create a new layer. Choose Line tool with option Weight: 3px and draw 2 lines like this image below. Then choose Polygonal Lasso Tool and make a selection between the 2 lines and paint with white color like this image below:

Create a new layer (Layer-new layer or ctrl + alt + shift +n), choose eclipse tool and then draw a circle, paint with black like this image:

Repeat same thing at second eye

Choose line tool and draw 2 lines like this image below (the noise)

Create a new layer and choose pen tool or brush tool (doesn't matter so much) and draw his hair

Duplicate the layer with hair (layer - duplicate layer ctrl + J). Then you can set the dimensions each hair line with Ctrl + T

Create a new layer. Choose Pen tool and set the option to Paths.

Make a selection like in this image:

Grab the brush tool and then add these settings : color : #e6cab0 , opacity 25-30% .
