Stylish Paper Clip

Step 1

Create in photoshop a new file 200x200px with a white background.

Create a new layer, name it(him) "artbosco".

Put directing in the middle of a picture.

Step 2

Create new Path and name it(him) "artpath".

Step 3

With the help of tool Pen Tool draw a figure as in a picture.

Step 4

Choose tool Add Anchor Point Tool.

Put additional units.

Step 5

Change a contour.

Step 6

Choose path "artpath".

Choose a layer "artbosco".

Choose tool Brush Tool or Pencil Tool with thickness 10-20px and grey color.

Fill Path grey color. For this purpose press button Stroke path with brush

Step 7

Pass on the panel of layers,choose a layer "artbosco". Press on Ctrl and an icon of a layer simultaneously. There will be an allocation.

Pass on the panel of channels and press button Save selection as channel. Name the channel "artchannel".

Remove(Take off) allocation. To the channel "artchannel" apply Filters-> Blur-> Gaussian Blur with parameter 2,5px.

Step 8

Pass on the panel of layers. Choose a layer "artbosco" and choose Lighting Effects (Filters> Render> Lighting Effects) with parameters as in a picture. (do not overlook to choose artchannel in Texture Channel).

Step 9

Give style to a layer "artbosco".

Use Bevel and Emboss with parameters as in a picture
