Blending Options-Stroke
Make a copy of the new made layer and select the Free Transform option now to enlarge it a little and apply different parameters for the copy:
The Opacity on the layers should be of 60%.

and choose a corresponding cliché from the table shown below:

Fill 0% on the layers:
