Make a copy of the new made layer, placing the copy exactly like in the picture below.
We have to apply also on the layers this tool
combined with another tool
to dark out a little the lowest part of the copy.
Move off from the copy the parameter Blending Options-Stroke.
Fill 50% on the layers.
Select the next instrument
and try to represent the frame of the burning lighter's place.

Select now a different instrument
which will be helpful in creating the primary layer of the lighter's small wheel.
Place the layers correctly, the way it is indicated below:

. Now we have to turn around the drawn element, applying the usual option, Free Transform.
