- Bevel and Emboss: Choose Chisel Hard for the Technique. This creates the metal look. Change the Size to 16, remove the check box next to Use Global Light as we want to change the Angle to 90 and the Altitude to 30. Use Terraced for the Gloss Contour, and change the Shadow Mode color to #7b7b7b.

Also, check the Contour box (in the panel to the left).

- Make sure that the Foreground and the Background colors are still the ones set in Step 1, and go to Filter - Render - Clouds.

image 13

- Go to Filter - Artistic - Paint Daubs. Change the Brush Size to 8, the Sharpness to 7, and choose Sparkle form the Brush Type drop down menu. Hit OK.

- Press Ctrl + D to get rid of the selection, and change the "Texture" layer Blend Mode to Hard Light.

Step 5:

- Add a Solid Color adjustment layer on top of all layers.

Step 6:
Finally, set the Foreground color to Black, Grab the Gradient Tool, and choose the Foreground to Transparent gradient. Click on the Radial Gradient icon, and check the box next to Reverse.
