1. First open a new blank document any size, here I have used document size 420x420 pixel and 96 resolution.
2. Type any words with the help of Text tool. As shown below
3. Right click on this layer now select the Rasterize Layer. As shown below
4. Create a new layer from the Layer window
5. Now go to Select menu > Modify > Contract here select Contract by 6 pixels
6. Now your text will look like this.
7. Fill the any nice color here I have used color #EEB4C0 and deselect
8. Now go to Filter menu > Blur > Gaussian Blur. And apply the following settings
9.Now your text will look like this.
10. Go to Filter > Texture > Stained Glass and apply the following settings
11. Now once again go to Filter > Pixelate > Color Halftone , Max,Reduce pixel=10
12. Now here go to Filter > Sketch > NotePaper and apply the following settings
13. Select The layer1 and double click on this layer here select the Bevel and Emboss from the Layer style and apply the following settings
14. Now your text will look like this.
15. Create a new layer2 and now create new image with the help of Rectangular marquee tool after that fill the any nice color. As shown below
16. Here go to Filter > Distort > Polar Coordinates and apply the following settings
17. Now once again go to Filter > Stylize > Wind and apply the following settings
18. Ctrl+Click on this layer2 now right click and select the Stroke here select width=2pix, Black color . As shown below
19.Go to Filter > Blur > Radial Blur and apply the following settings
20. Now your image will look like this. After that press Ctrl+J and round it help by Transform selection Ctrl+T .
