We'll begin this tutorial, Choosing a decent image for the background. Make sure the foreground is white, then go ahead and choose the text tool.
I used "Romana BT" bold with a size of 90 pixels. Type "SWEET".
Now that you have your text, you can now right click on the text layer and select, "Blending Options...". Now click on "Bevel and Emboss".
Do not click "OK" yet. Still more to do.
Now click on "Stroke".
You may now click "OK."
You should now have the below image if done correctly.
Now that you have your text, you can now right click on the text layer and select, "Blending Options...". Now click on "Bevel and Emboss". This will give it a 3d look.

Now click on "Contour". Settings are as followed:

Now you can click on "Color Overlay". Adding color will simply give it a more clear feeling.
You may now click "OK."
With the "Ctrl" key held in on the keyboard click on the text layer. This will put a selection around the text itself. Create a new layer. Choose white as the foreground and select the "Pencil Tool" at about 3 pixels. On the new layer you can highlight some areas of the text as I have done below.
