1. Create a new square file in Adobe Photoshop with black background. Type some text on it and hit right Enter on the keyboard. Switch it's mode to grayscale: Image-Mode-Grayscale.

Now choose Merge.

2. Then invert our image and rotate it counterclockwise for 90 degrees: Image-Adjustments-Invert or press Ctrl+I on the keyboard.

Then choose Edit-Transform-Rotate 90 CCW.

3. Filter-Stylize-Wind.

4. Invert your image once again. After inverting (!) apply wind effect two more times (or simply press Ctrl+F two times).

5. Edit-Transform-Rotate 90 CW.

Now we are going to add some fire effect: Filter-Distort-Ripple.

You should get something like that:

6. Let's add some color: Image-Mode-Indexed color. In the new window press Ok. :)

Put Black Body instead of Grayscale, press Ok, and here we go: :))
