4.Now change your circle's layer mode to Overlay, it will make your text glow more in those areas. This effect can also be accomplished with Dodge layer mode, but it is faster and easier with Overlay.
5.You may also change your glowing color, note that you can't merge your "overlayed" layers together because that will mess up the whole picture. To change the color make a new layer above all your layers and using a rectangular selection tool draw a rectangle above your text and fill it with any color you like. Press Ctcl+D (Mac: Command+D) to deselect the selection. Now change your rectangles layer mode to "Color", the color will be changed. You may also adjust Hue/Saturation to get the desired color.
