1. Take a new file of 400 pixels,400 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
2. Make a new layer from the layer palette, fill with black color.
3. Go to Filter>Render>Clouds.
4. Go to Filter>Stylize>Find Edges.
5. Then, go to the main menu once again and choose "Image" and "Adjustments" and "Invert".
6. Lets add some color, click Image Adjustments, Hue/Saturation Apply the following setting.
7. Make the copy of layer 1 in the layer palette.
8. Now change the Blending Mode layer1 copy see in the next image.
9. Make the copy of layer1 copy in the layer palette.
10. Now Merge the all layer Ctrl+E. see in the image.
11. Your image will look like this.
12. Now type any word you like make sure the font color is White.
13. Now hold "Ctrl" click text layer to create a selection.
14. Now take the polygonal lasso tool
.
15. Make the design of your choice I have chosen this design which I am showing in the image below.
16. Now, delete the text layer your image look like this.
17. Now go to Select>Inverse.
18. Now hit "Delete" on the keyboard to get rid of the outer portion of the text selection.
19. Make a new layer from the layer palette and fill the color black.
20. Now, adjust the layer see in the next image.
21. Your image will look like this.
22. Now go to the Blending Option apply the following settings.
23. Your final image will be as attractive as mine as showing below.
