1. New document
First off make a new document and make some text
320 x 120px
Tahoma, 30pt, Crisp, White
2. Blending Options
Into the blending options for the text layer!
Tick Outer Glow, Gradient Overlay & Stroke
Use these options:
3. Text shine
Make a new layer, hold ctrl and click the text layer thumbnail, fill the new layer with white
Set the layer mode to softlight and use the rectangular marquee tool to delete half of the white
Add some smaller text and details if you want and that's it :)
