Multiple Strokes


Step One

Open a new document in Photoshop using any size you prefer and type your chosen text. In this tutorial, I will use the text Blimpie.

Step Two

Now, navigate your mouse to Layer>Layer Style>Stroke and use the settings, Color:#FFCC00; Size:3px; and leave the rest of the settings as they are.

Step Three

Subsequently make a new layer. Drag and drop this new layer below the text layer. Thereafter, navigate your mouse to Layer>Merge Down (Ctrl+E).

Step Four

Once again go to Layer>Layer Style>Stroke and use the settings, Color: #FF6600; Size:3px; Woah, you have double stoke! The following image is the result of what I came up with so far.

If you want to make triple strokes or more, simply repeat step three and four using different colors. In this tutorial, I used #336633 for triple stoke. Below is the outcome of what I came up with,

Keep it mind that the larger the text size is, bigger the stroke size shoule be. By the way, I am not much fan of Blimpie.
