1. Take a new file of 400 pixels,400 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
2. Take the text tool
from the tool palette.
3. Create the text, text color #996633.
4. Now create the new layer and fill the color white.
5. Go to Filter>Noise>Add Noise use the following settings.
6. Now Ctrl+Click on the text layer.
7. Then click Select>Inverse.
8. And click Edit>Fill use the following settings.
9. Now hit the Delete key on your keyboard.
10. Then go Image>Adjustments>Brightness/Contrast apply the following the settings.
11. Your image should be look like this.
12. Go to Image>Adjustments>Hue/Saturation apply these settings.
13. Your image should be look like this.
14. Now click Filter>Pixelate>Crystallize apply the following settings.
15. Set this layer mode Multiply as shown image below.
16. Your image should be look like this.
17. Now make the copy of layer1 and layer mode Normal as shown image below.
18. Then go to Image>Rotate Canvas>90 CW.
19. Click Filter>Stylize>Wind use these settings.
20. Press Ctrl+F to repeat wind option 2 more time.
21. Then go to Image>Rotate Canvas>90 CCW.
22. Go to Image>Adjustments>Hue/Saturation apply these settings.
23. Your image should be look like this.
24. Click Layer>Arrange>Send Backward Again Click Layer>Arrange>Send Backward.
25. Your image should be look like this.
26. And now double click on your text layer as shown image below.
27. Go to Blending Option use the following settings.
28. Your image should be look like this.
29. Then finally step here select the layer1 copy and change the opacity see in the next image.
30. Here is your final image.
