In this tutorial we will create a sweet red 3D text effect with brushes, transform tools, layer styles in easy steps without using any 3D programs.
Resources:
1. Create a new document ( i use 500x400 px) and fill it color 520100.
2. New layer, use text tool, font Phat guy, 100 pt with color aa0b09 to type Love text:Right click it, choose Rasterize Type:


3. Duplicate this layer, choose Blending options:

Then hit Alt+ ? (arrow up key) to "nudge up" this layer 10 times. Then merge all layer copy ( that have Bevel and emboss effect), we have:

4. Drag the first text layer ( that doesnt have Bevel and emboss effect ) on the top. Move it up a bit to create a 3d surface effect:

Then right click it, choose Blending options:

Come back to text layer copy, choose Blending options too:

5. Merge all text layer, apply drop shadow:


6. New layer, place it under text layer. Use soft brush, color d01815 to spot on the center of the pic, then lower opacity to 50%:
7. New layer, i use heart brushes, number 160 with red color to draw some hearts on the pic ( you can choose what brush you like), then duplicate this layer.
8. New layer, i use heart brush, number 120 with light color fbd6d6 to draw hearts on pic then lower opacity to 20% like the pic below:

9. New layer again, i use hard brush, color f41916 and with different opacities to paint on the pic then change the mode to Hard light 100 % to create a bokeh effect:

10. 3 new layers, i use floral swirl brushes with number 2402, 2445, 2484, color f65553 to draw on the pic and transform them:
11. New layer, i use brush with light red and white color, hardness 50%, 3 px to draw some sparkles above the text, then apply Outer glow with default settings:

12. We will continue with a new layer, set it on the top. Use Retangular marquee tool to grab a selection then use soft white brush to spot within it:

Hit Ctrl+T to transform it:

After deselecting, set it to Soft light 100%, duplicate it 4 times, change opacity and move to different positions. I add a layer mask to eraser some too sharp parts of them:

13. New layer, set to Overlay:

I use Dodge tool to lighten the pic center.
