| Step 1 First of all you will need to open a new document 500x500, fill the background with this colour #33ACFF. Once you've done that make a new layer, and select your text tool make the settings to (Arial, Size 24, Colour #09609C) add whatever you desire, I called mine netcubo, cause I thought it would be easier. Once you've made your text, simply click CTRL on the layers palette. You should have something that looks similar to this. |

| Step 2 No go to [Select > Modify > Expand > 2]. While it still selected, make a new layer and drag the layer below your text layer and fill it in with this colour #FFFFFF. You should now have something that looks like this: |

| Step 3 Now we are going to give it a little outline, and a good effect. Simply go to [Layer > Layer Style > Blending Options > Stroke] use these settings:
