Today I will be going over on how to make realisic looking bubbles seen in my banner. Please take note that this requires photoshop 7 to have it scatter by itself , otherwise you will have to place each bubble seperatly.
Open up a new document with a transparent background with the settings of about 15x15 pixels. Get your eliptical marqueee tool which is just like the marquee tool but circle.
Get your paint brush out and hit a couple of dabs into the circle with the color black, with the same brush show in the image above.
Now get out your eraser tool with the same brush as shown above , and carfully erase the bottom , leaving a sort of upside down "U" directly in the middle such as the image above
After you have done that you need to go to your menu bar at the top and go to EDIT>>DEFINE BRUSH , it will then ask you to name your brush , so go ahead and name it bubble , or whatever you would like.
Now you need to select your brush tool again and get the brush that we just made, after that you will then see a icon just like this located in the top right hand corner, after you have found it click it.
You then see a box like this pop-up highlight the section that says "brush tip shape" and then copy these settings.
Highlight shape dynamics and also copy these settings.
Now highlight scattering and select these settings..
After you have finished that go ahead and select your color as white, create a new layer and drag the brush where you want to have bubbles showup, if it is too bright which may happen just simply lower the layers opacity.
Here is what I made after i was done creating my brush.. You dont have to use the same settings so try differnt ones and get somthing cool :) also this is the same exact way to make the stars a.k.a. pixie dust :)
