1. First open a new document size 420x420 pixel 96 resolution

2. Create a new Layer from the Layer window now fill the color #95754C

3. Go to Filter>Texture>Grain

4. Now go to Filter>Texture>Grain and use the following settings

5. Your image should look like this

6. Here apply the Glass effects go to Filter>Distort>Glass and use the setting below

7. Now go to Filter>Artistic>Plastic Wrap and use the setting below

8. Your image should look like this

9. Apply the following setting go to Filter>Sharpen>Sharpen Edges

10. Final image
