1. Create new file with default black and white color.

2. Filter > Render > Different Clouds

2. Filter > Noise > Add Noise

(Amount: 7, Uniform, Monochromatic)

3. Filter > Brush Strokes > Ink Outlines

(Stroke Length: 18, Dark Intensity: 10, Light Intensity: 5)

4. Filter > Stylize > Emboss

5. Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation

(Select Colorize, Hue: 40, Saturation: 20, Lightness: 0)
