Rough Metal Surface Texture

1. Create new file. Using Gradient Tool, with default black and white color fill the canvas like following image.

2. Filter > Noise > Add Noise

(Amount: 7, Uniform, Monochromatic)

3. Filter > Artistic > Rough Pastels

(Stroke Length: 6, Stroke Details: 4, Texture: Sandstone, Scaling: 100%, Relief: 50, Light: Bottom)

4. Image > Sharp > Unsharp Mask

(Detail: 13, Smoothness: 2, Light: Bottom)
