We'll begin this tutorial, by creating a new canvas at a size of 300 x 155. Then grab the "Rounded Rectangle Tool" with 3 as the radius and 43abed as the color and draw the below shape.

Now right click on the blue shape layer in the Layers Palette and select, "Blending Options...". Now click on "Drop Shadow".

Do not click "OK" yet. Still more to do.

Now click on "Bevel and Emboss".

Do not click "OK" yet. Still more to do.

Now click on "Satin".

Do not click "OK" yet. Still more to do.

Now click on "Gradient Overlay".

You may now click OK.

You should now have the below image.

Then select the "Polygon Tool". Use the below settings with e1effa as the color.

Now draw the below shapes.

Select the "Text Tool" and use the below settings:

Now type your preferred text.

Using the "Pen Tool" draw the below shape with white as your color.

The Results!!!
