2. The Main Parts
Open the background you made in the last tutorial
Now make a selection somewhere in the middle of the page mine's 360 x 200
Fill the selection with #363636
Use these blending options:
Inner Glow:
Stroke:
Now be creative and messy!
Make new layers all the time and fill with patterns, change blending options to overlay and soft light
Scanlines:
Warning tape:
Second inside box:
Creativity!
I added a barcode and some random brushing, shapes and metal pieces
Some random pixel texts
Blend it all in well :)
Now make another selection and add in the game it's going to be for, in this case it's for counter strike:
