Create a custom hue adjustment layer and colorize it and move the sliders towards the same color theme that you've chosen for the design. You can do this for each layer independently. I've placed all of the actor and adjustment layers into a layer set for organization.
Pull in another image if you want from Photos.com or your portfolio that might work well with the theme. Change the blending modes in order to make it fit and see if it will work.
Here I've put the original rose layer on Screen, have the new layer at 75% lighten and a pink background layer (to let the layers above saturate with pink.
