Start by creating this shape with ellipse tool :
Apply these layer styles in it :
Create a new layer. Select Elliptical Marquee tool and draw a selection. Fill the selection with white color :
Again, draw the selection as shown
Press delete :
Apply these layer styles in it :
Draw a small black color shape with ellipse tool as shown :
Apply these layer styles in it :
Draw another white color shape either with selecting with elliptical marquee too and filling the selection or by ellipse tool. If you use ellipse tool than rasterize the layer before moving to the next step :
Select high feathered eraser and erase the most of the part of the shape as shown :
Now, draw a tinny white color circle with ellipse tool :
Apply these layer styles in it :
Duplicate and place the circle as shown :
Finally add button text and our futuristic button is ready :)
