1. Create a new document (750*650).

2. Fill the background with #ffffff using the paint bucket tool.

3. Now create a new layer (layer - new layer) and paste a picture in the middle of your background with a width of 300px and a height of 350px. We're going to adjust the blending options of this layer in the next step.

4. Adjust the blending options of the layer and add a white inner stroke and a drop shadow with the following settings.

5. This is what you should have after adding and adjusting the blending options!

6. Now create another new layer (layer - new layer) and select a rectangle shaped box on the left of your previous picture layer using your rectangular marquee tool and fill it with black #000000 like this!

7. Copy the layer style from the picture layer and paste it on the new layer you've just created! We will have to repeat this step a few times since we're going to use it on all boxes we're going to create in this tutorial! But for now you should have something like the picture under the one where we've just pasted the layer style!

8. This next step is very simple… We're going to add a nice looking flower to give this layout a natural look! Use the picture under this step and past it like shown in the next picture.

9. Of course, a menu is not complete without text! You can add the text in html of course but in this tutorial we'll just add it with the horizontal type tool! The font is called rage italic let and the text is just white #ffffff with a size of 22px.

10. Now create another new layer (layer - new layer) and select a rectangle shape box on the place shown in the screenshot below using your rectangular marquee tool and fill it with #b33e68 like this! Copy the layer style from the picture layer again and paste it on the new layer you've just created so you end up with this!

11. Between step 10 and this step you're going to have to do it all by yourself! You should create another 2 boxes on new layers and fill the one on the right side with #9b033a and the one above that layer with #751638! When you were capable of doing this you should have something like the screenshot below (the guides are visible to show you how I did it), if not, you can still just download the file or try it again by yourself!

12. Create a new layer behind the one with this #751638 color and fill it with black #000000 like the picture you see below! In the next step we're going to add text to this layer on rotate it!

image 13

13. Go ahead and rotate the layer (edit - transform - rotate) with 25° and place it like this. Also type out some text with the title of your page and rotate it with 25°! I used the same font as I used when I typed out the menu in white #ffffff.

14. In this last step I just added some graphic demo text! The text color is just plain white #ffffff! I also inserted a few pictures to make the design look complete and finished! You should do this in an editor with html but I just created an example for you in photoshop!
