Pixel Button


This is a rather simple tutorial that almost anyone should beable to do. you will learn how to create a simple pixel button that can be use for your sites navigation or whatever you would like to use it for.

Step 1: start out by making a new document 150x100 pixels with a dull background color of 8A845B. then create a new layer and select the rectangular marquee tool. with the rectangular marquee tool select a the desired area of the new layer you wish to be our button. then fill in your button with the color BFB77E you can of course use your own colors for this after you understand how it is done.

Step 2: now is the llayers palette double click on the layer you just created (the actual button). a window will pop up with a few options. in the window on the left side click the stroke ck box and configure your settings to look like the one below:

Then ck the becel and emboss box and set your settings as displayed below:

Step 3: now simply add you text above the button and you are finished.
