Start a new document with a white background.

The size should be 779x600 pixels.

Select the Rounded Rectangle Tool with this settings

and draw something like in the next image.

Please take care to the size. Leave room for another rectangle on the right side

Then with the same tool and with this settings let's cut the right part of the rectangle

This is the result.

Now press Ctrl+J (this will duplicate the layer) , then go to Edit > Transform > Flip Horizontal

With the arrow keys you can arrange this 2 layer to look like mine.

Now we need to add a layer style for this 2 layers. Before this we need 2 patterns so we will create them now.

Open a new document 3 x 3 pixels with a transparent background . Zoom it by 1600 %.With the Pencil tool create something like this: (i have use black color, but we need the pattern done with the white color)

Then go to Edit > Define Pattern . Choose a name and press Ok.

Then as i have told you we need 2 patterns.this is the second one: (Don't forget to use a white color)

Look above if you have forgot how to make this pattern or you can see this tutorial about patterns more detailed.

Now we will come back to our layout. I will apply a layer style for the right rectangle.

To Apply a Layer style go to Layer > Layer Style > Outer Glow

Then go to Layer > Layer Style > Pattern Overlay and use these settings:

Next go to Layer > Layer Style > Stroke and use these settings

We are ready with the right part.

Use the same settings for the left part (Outer Glow and Stroke) and for the Pattern Overlay use the following settings:

Now we will add another details.Let's add some buttons.

Select Rounded Rectangle tool. Change the radius value to 5 px. Create a new Layer (to create a new layer press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+N in the same time.

Draw a rectangle on your canvas.

The add a layer style for this button.Use these settings:

Then duplicate this layer (with the button) Press Ctrl+J to duplicate a layer.

Duplicate the button a few times and place the buttons like me.

Then add some text over buttons

Now let's add another details. Create a new layer. With the Rounded Rectangle Tool make something like me.

Please keep the proportion of this rectangle.

Now go to Edit > Transform Path > Rotate 90 CW.

Go to Filter > Distort >Shear and use this settings

Now let's add a style for this layer. I hope you know how to do it.

First i will give you a small image.You will need to make a pattern.

Now you can rotate this layer. Intil now this is what i have.And Voila : we have a small tube.

Create a new Layer and with Ellipse tool draw a small circle (Press on shift while drawing the circle) It will keep the perfect proportion.

Then for this circle add a layer style:

Then with the arrow tool place this circle under the tube.( you should drag the Layer with the Circle under the Layer with the tube)

Now duplicate the small circle and place it the on the other part of the tube.

In the same time create as many tubes as you want and this small circles.

Now add some text and images on the layout.Then we will create another details

We need another pattern so we will create one now.

Open a new document 7 x 7 pixels with a transparent background . Zoom it by 1600 %.With the Pencil tool create something like this: (please use a white color)

Then go to Edit > Define Pattern . Choose a name and press Ok.

Now we will come back to our layout. I will create a new layer.

Create a new layer.

Then with the Rectangular Marquee Tool make a small selection

Select the Paint Bucket Tool. Then be sure that the pattern is selected on the top of your screen.

Select the pattern you have already made and press one time inside the selection.

Now with the Rectangle Tool draw something like me.

I have used the first layer style for this Rectangle.(You can copy and paste the style). If you don't know how to do it please ask me and i will tell you.

I need this Rectangle because there you can place a logo or the name of your company.

I will write there only a text. I will make some complicated logos on the next tutorials.

After a few small adjustments this is my final Layout
