Background for a Signature Tutorial

Allright I am trying to make up a tut for a signature
First open up an new layer from 400x100 ( or 400x200 )
- Add Clouds by doing Filter - Render - Clouds - And then add Difference Cloud by Filter - Render - Difference Clouds [Size=1]
It shoud be looking like this:
