1. Open a new document, black background and white foreground. For this we'll be using a 500x500 sized document.
2. Filter > Render > Clouds
Filter > Render > Different Clouds
3. Control-I (Image > Adjustments > Invert);
Control-L (Image > Adjustments > Levels)...
1. First open a new document, it doesn't matter what size (i recomend a big size)
2. Create a gradient (like this one)
3. Then create three lens flares, there is a 35mm flare in the upper left corner (its hard to see)
4. Next you hit Filter>Artistic>Plastic Wrap...
This tutorial creates grunge-ish type of background that can be used for many different purposes and can yeild many different results
