1. Ok first Open a new Document 400*400 The background can be White or Transparent
2. Then put the text do you want In White <-- It have to be White!!
3. Then Rasterize Layer: Layer > Rasterize > Type..
4. Next go to Layer > Layer Style > Blending Options
1. Make a New Document the size you want... I make on of 300x150 px
2. Fill the Background with white or you can leave it transparent... for the first time i recomend fill it with white
3. Now Type your Text.. Whatever you want but it have to be White...
