Let's start to create our amazing layered text effect tutorial.
Step 1
Open Adobe Photoshop, and create a new Photoshop document. I am going to create a new document of 520 x 520 px with black background.

In this step first we write a glow text with white color and name it "Glow" as shown in preview below. We take a duplicate layer of glow layer which result with two text layers.

Now, we work out on this layer with helping of these some tools: Elliptical Marquee Tool, Lasso Tool, Polygonal Lasso Tool and Eraser Tool.
Using these tools we deleted duplicate glow text layer little bit of as shown in preview.
