Renter-A-Coder, which I will call RAC from now on, is a community of talented programmers, designers, and computer experts from around the world that are just waiting for you to give them work.
You will have to signup for an account before you start requesting their services. This is done to protect you and your money. Once you have signed up for an account you can start posting jobs. So you would post a job description saying that you have a template that requires modification. You then set a maximum bid, for example: You don't want to pay over $25 for someone to edit your template, so you set a maximum bid of $25. Then all the "coders" will see your job description and start bidding on the project. Think of this just like eBay - because that's what it really is.
To assure that you get the best job done you can view the coder's profiles. Profiles show a history of all the jobs they did in the past and how they were rated on the work they completed.
