Making A "dont Rip" Backgound

First of all you make a new picture and have the background transparent!

Then put the text you want to have on the background

Then go Edit > Transform > Rotate and just rotate a bit.

Making A "dont Rip" Backgound Tutorial: Final Result

After that you go Edit > Define Pattern and save it just as it's named.

The use the Paint bucket and set it to pattern. Then choose the pattern you just made and fill the background with it!

Now you are done!
