11. Use the Transform tool (Ctrl+T) to extend the bottom two corners. While holding the Alt and Ctrl key, click on one of the bottom corners and drag the corner away from the center. |

15. Duplicate the current layer (Ctrl+J) and change the blending mode of the new layer to Overlay. |

16. Apply a Gaussian Blur filter (Filter> Blur> Gaussian Blur) to the new layer. |

17. With the top layer selected, Merge Down (Ctrl+E) and duplicate the merged layer (Ctrl+J). |

18. Select the middle layer and apply a Motion Blur filter (Filter> Blur> Motion Blur) with the following properties:
Angle: 90º Distance: 400 pixels |

19. To increase the visibility of the current layer, duplicate the current layer (Ctrl+J) several times. |

20. To create a larger track, select the top layer and use the Transform tool (Ctrl+T) to reduce the width of the current layer. |
