1. O.K. here is a way to create 3d looking stairs in only a few steps. With perspective drawing you reach the same goal but it tooks much longer.
2. Create a new document 500 to 500 pixel. Make a new layer and fill this layer with a color of your choice. The color isn't important.

1. Open a new document 1024*768 or 800*600.
2. Make a new layer. Fill with Black (000000)
3. Apply two Lens Flares (Filter-Render-Lens Flares). First 50-300mm Zoom.

2. Create a new Layer(Call that Layer "ChainLayer"). Fill the Background Layer with black.

Dublicate your picture twice (name them Zoom and Front).

1. First you have to make a new Flashpattern. For this case open a new document (File-New). 800 to 600 pixel.
