1. Take a new file of 400 pixels,400 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
2. Take the brush of the settings given below.
3. Set the property in the brush preset as shown below in the image.
1. Firstly we will set the gradient for filling the color. Click on the gradient bar to edit the color settings as in the image.
2. Now take the color which is indicated with the hand in the next image.
3. Now make the settings as I have done with it.
