1. Take a new file of Hieght = 400 pixels,Width =400 pixels and of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
2. Take the pen tool and make shape of drop as in image. no biggy so far?
3. Make a selection and fill the white color in a new layer.
1. Take an image of your choice I have taken this one.
2. Make selection with the elliptical marqee tool as shown in the image.
3. Fill the black colour in the new layer.

2. Take the brush of the settings given below.
3. Set the property in the brush preset as shown below in the image.
1. Firstly we will set the gradient for filling the color. Click on the gradient bar to edit the color settings as in the image.
2. Now take the color which is indicated with the hand in the next image.
3. Now make the settings as I have done with it.
