This article shows you how to create a blur of color to provide the special effect of motions for objects in your graphic
works.
Start by select brush tool. Enable the default chalk 60 pixels brush settings.
Apply some strokes of this brush in a new layer.
Change brush mode to vivid light.
Apply the strokes with different colors.
Start by opening an image of a eye.
Using lasso tool select upper area of the eye lashes. Press Ctrl+J to let the image under selection paste in a new layer.
Hide the duplicate layer. Using elliptical marquee tool select the eye lid.
From select menu apply save selection.
Open an image in which there is some sky area visible.
From filter menu select blur>>gaussian blur.
Apply settings as shown.
Change the layer mode to linear dodge.
Start by creating a rounded rectangle using rounded rectangle shape tool.
Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select perspective. Adjust nodes to get the shape as shown.
Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.
