Start by opening a couple of images. Make sure the size of both the images are same.
From image menu select apply image.
Change the source of the image and use settings as shown. You can apply various blending modes to the image.
Create a new file.
Open a couple of images.
Drag these images to the main file.
Using lasso tool create a selection of sky.
Press Ctrl+Alt+D to apply feather to the selection.
Now then, when making a webpage you must always take into consideration size, if you make a document which is 1024x768 then it won't fit on the page length wise or height, because 1024x768 is the whole size of your monitor, if you make something slightly smaller than that, so it does fit on the pag...
