Open a new image 400x400 and have the background transparent. Make two guides by going View > New Guide.
Guide 1: 200px Vertical Guide 2: 200px Horizontal
2. Get out the Rounded Rectangel Tool and make a shape in the center of the image, this is what the guides is for.
Copy the .abr files into C:Program FilesAdobePhotoshop 7.0PresetBrushes. (The derectory will be different if you using something other then 7.0)
Load Photoshop, if its already open, close it and open it again. Click on the brush tool.
