Yeah... so like... This effect is just really random, but it works great on photo's!

1. Open a new document, any size with any background color (depends on your likings or any requirements).
2. Type your text, with a nice and professional font (I recommended the Trebuchet MS font). Again, any colors depending on your likings.
3. Press "D" and then "X" to apply ...
1. Make a new image 400x150 would be a good size. Make sure it has a 'Transparent' background
2. Select the 'Polygonal Lasso Tool'. select a Tech Box shape.
3. On the selected area click Edit > Fill
4. Now right click the layer and go to Blending options
1. Start of with your image, I used this
2. Use this button and draw your lincs to your border (do it in a new layer)
3. Do your border. This is what I got
4. Right click inside the border and choose Stroke.
