3) Now add a filter>render>lensflare using these settings:...
1) Make a 500x500 document. You can edit>fill the background layer to Deep Red (#920000).
2) Create a new Layer, and Add a filter>render>clouds (make sure your foreground & background colour are now black and white).
Then add a filter>sketch>chrome with 0 detail, and 10 smoothness...

2) Add Some Big Black Text in the Middle of your Page, taking up roughly.
3) Now edit>transform>rotate>90 degrees CW Your Text Layer, THEN Duplicate the Layer...
