Architecture Web Template
Open a new document in photoshop ( 760 x 700 pixels ) with a white background.
Select Rounded Rectangle Tool ( set Radius to 5 ) and make a rectangle like in the following image. (next image is resized )

Step 1
Create a new image filling the background with a dark grey. Create a new layer. With the brush tool create black lines like above on he new layer
Step 2
On the top layer, go into the radial blur filter and use the above settings.

Create a new image with default colors. Render Difference Clouds (press Ctrl+F until you are happy with the result). Go into the mezzotint filter and use the above settings.
