Broken Text

Start off with just a blank image. and select the text tool and type some text.
Once ur text is typed right click on the text layer and select rasterize.

Let's get started! create a new 500x500 black background sheet. type your text in the middle in white. Then, use filter>blur>gaussian blur. I used the setting 2.0 or something like that. As long as it retains some shape, but is not too blur.
