Here you will be taught how to make those trendy crystals.
1. Pick a shape from the "Create" menu. I made a sphere. Then go to the the "Modify" tab and pick "EDIT MESH" (under the "Mesh Editing" submenu).
2. Now select "Vertex". You should see a bunch of blue dots all over the sphere.
3. Now just select one or several of the small circles and drag them around. Continue doing so until you`re happy with the results.
This is what I`ve done.
4. Now just move the camera to a good position and render your pic. (I added some light sources and changed the texture to make the render come out better, but that`s another tutorial).
